I am entering in an insurance check and the patients account has only 1 insurance listed no others. When I am at the payment adj. entry screen it says under next action bill other insurance? there is no other insurance. The girls have been telling me also that when there is other ins but its not active it still says bill other insurance this has been brought to my attention by a couple of our offices so far and it makes no sense. I was thinking well maybe its because when the insurance was billed it was checked off but no it doesn't matter because I followed one where I unchecked other insurance and then entered charges. Just an FYI Carestream maybe you can add this to your list.
