Blank EMRs should always start with the date

If you don't use a template and just pull up a blank EMR to type up something, it should default to having today's date pulled.  If you don't manually add the date and the note locks and you go to print it, you can't tell what date it was from.  You can only tell when looking at it in WinOMS.  This is a problem for when you have to send records out.

If you don make a blank note , that is correct no date will be in the note, but if you save it, the created date will be associated to it.

Yes, but when you go to print them as a PDF, there is no date. You have to manually add before you can send records to other offices.
