We had to replace our bluetooth for our Criticare but can't find any reps at WinOMS that no how to configure the anesthesia log settings to recognize it. Yesterday's rep didn't even know how to remote into a computer. Tried to escalate to someone in Equipment? No one ever called us back. Today the rep tried to send the issue to Imaging when the Anesthesia module has nothing to do with imaging. Couldn't find a level 2 rep to handle it. What is going on??
