We are getting an error when trying to connect to the cloud. Is this an isolated issue within our practice or something on your end? Also when I try to report a cloud issue through the link it states it cannot be found. Tried to get the workstation requirements a couple days ago and that was also not working.

ok that's good to know but what about the issue of the system requirements not being available on the Carestream Dental website?
Carestream sent out a status update at 7:30a that they were investigating reports of WinOMS Hosted issues.
