Cannot delete fee schedule

Changed the one patient that has the particular fee schedule to another, but it still keep showing up that that patient has it in demographic report, so I can't delete the fee schedule from the tables.

Hello, your request speaks about the FEE SCHEDULE in the patient's chart, however, FEE SCHEDULE is not something that is displayed in the Patient Demographic Report. Did you mean Billing Category instead of Fee Schedule? The BILLING CATEGORY is displayed in the Demographic Report and it also appears directly below the FEE SCHEDULE in the patient's chart. Fee schedules cannot be deleted if they are attached to one or more patients. However, you can change (edit) the fee schedule or billing category for a single patient on the Billing tab of the Patient Data Entry window which may help resolve your concern.
