Cloud Server Down

@tshaw Server TX065 is down.  Support is trying to get escalations to look at it but they aren't answering.  Half our practice connects to TX065 and other half connects to TX071.  TX071 is working fine.  Other server attempts cloud logon and then logs off cloud with never seeing WinOMS login screen.  Case 7687026.
