We have been down with our cloud based WinOms 4 times since June 1 including today! Any hints as to accessing info so we don't lose production for day? I’m waiting to hear back from them about converting to server based rather than cloud! Is there no compensation for lost production? Carestream is not a good name for their company because They don’t “care!”

I recently switched to cloud in my current office
three outage in three months? For a mission critical application, this is NOT acceptable.
I spoke to a tech support and he is saying both of their sever tower is down. Sounds like a cost cutting move by only having one backup. In my other office, we used Planetdds and in 3+ plus years I have used their service, I only had one outage which was fixed right away.
not even sure why so many offices keep using this unreliable service. thinking about changing software and not deal with this nonsense
