THERE SHOULD BE A WAY TO ELIMINATE A PREVIOUSLY USED COLUMN WHEN OPENING UP A NEW SCHEDULE. IT WILL NOT LET YOU DELETE A COLUMN FROM A PROVIDER IF THERE ARE APPOINTMENTS IN IT. IT WOULD BE IMPOSSIBLE TO GO BACK AND MOVE EVERY APPOINTMENT FROM YEARS PAST TO ANOTHER COLUMN TO DELETE IT. FOR EXAMPLE, WE HAVE THREE PROVIDERS AND SOON TO HAVE FIVE. THERE ARE THREE APPOINTMENT COLUMNS WHICH WE WILL NO LONGER NEED GOING FORWARD. THE FACT THAT WE CANNOT REMOVE THEM MEANS WE WILL HAVE 9 BLANK COLUMNS JUST TAKING UP SPACE AND HAVING TO SCROLL OVER THEM TO SEE EACH DOCTOR.
ANY SUGGESTIONS WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.

OK, I WILL TRY AGAIN. WHEN I CALLED YESTERDAY PLEADING FOR A SOLUTION FOR THIS ASKING THEM TO CHECK WITH TIER 2 OR ESCALATION TEAM THE RESPONSE FROMT THEM WAS TO LOG ON HERE AND MAKE A SUGGESTION . . .
QUICK QUESTION, ONCE THE COLUMN IS HIDDED, DOES IT HIDE ALL PREVIOUS SCHEDULES OR CAN IT ONLY HIDE GOING FORWARD WITH THE NEW SCHEDULES. I DONT WANT TO HIDE PREVIOUS APPOINTMENTS IN THOSE COLUMNS, JUST GOING FORWARD.
