Date of Birth on Prescriptions

Can we get date of birth instead of age to print on RXs?

I read that wrong, but these states will have the date of birth print out:

Ohio, Illinois and New Jersey.

Hi Tara, under tables > practice > offices , your office setup will have a state attached to the prescription section. Not all the prescriptions print the same, so you can change to another state and see how that prints for your office. I know the Georgia prescription form shows patient age,instead of DOB, try that out.

I've tried changing the state for the prescription to OH, IL, and NJ.  They still print out with age and not DOB.  Suggestions?

Thanks-that works.  This week we had 2 different King Soopers pharmacies reject narcotics here in Colorado for having age instead of DOB, so Carestream may want to add CO to the list that needs DOB instead of age
