Delayed eServices Account Balance Summaries from 11/7/2019
There was a technical issue that occurred at the Carestream processing center which resulted in eServices account balance summaries from yesterday, 11/7/19, being delayed. These reports should be available by later this afternoon, 11/8/19. If you need to review these reports today, simply do a "receive only" in your practice management software, otherwise you will receive them during your next transmission of eClaims and/or automated statements.
