Docked notes

is there a way to figure out who a docked note was docked to? We are able to run the report for docked notes of who sent them but we are trying to find out where it was docked to.

Unfortunately there is no way to see who the note was docked to, in the reports and in the patients chart it is only going to have who docked the patient. The only thing I could recommend if that is information you want to see is have everyone type in the note who they are docking it to. That way when you run the report you will know who docked it and then who it was docked to.
