We haven't done the new update as of yet, but for some reason, and somehow, the same docked pt is showing up in our lists multiple times, with the same note. I know you cant usually dock a pt to the same person twice, just wondering if this is happening anywhere else? Not that its a terrible function
Hello, This hasn't been reported as a defect. Are you able to duplicate this issue again for a docked patient? We can have one of the WinOMS R2 technicians to call you if you like so the issue can be researched further. Please indicate the best time to call, your account number and your contact information..
