Just checking to see if anyone uses MMG Fusion with WinOMS. We used it for awhile and had some issues with text messages going out to incorrect patients and then they automatically sent out a survey to our patients without our consent. Currently using Weave, but it doesn't pull our entire schedule so we have to use it to manually send out text messages. MMG is stating they have fixed some issues, but wanted to see if anyone used them. Thanks!
We used them for awhile but stopped around the beginning of this year as we were having nothing but issues and had a lot of upset patients. We went back to personally calling to confirm our patients. I hope to find another company that will work without issues but then I will need to convince my doctors that we won't have the same problems.
