I second this. We should have a contact person at Healthcare Exchange. If we are required by law to eprescribe, we need a reliable platform to do it. We also need some sort of explanation on why this keeps happening. Is this truly a Healthcare exchange issue or a communication issue between Carestream and Healthcare exchange.
