We are having a problem that patients are saying the ereminders automated calls are saying they have an appointment with the wrong Doctor. I have checked into this to be sure the provider wasn't changed recently. This happens off and on but today I have had three patients tell me they were confirmed for the wrong Doctor.
Wondering if anyone else has the same issue
This was fixed the issue was a work around we were given for not being able to verify our husky patients. We stopped using the work around and e reminders is now working correctly.
