I have been trying to get a new provider enrolled and set up in escripts for over 2 months. Nothing has happened. They tell me its a problem with Change Health. It took over 6 months to get escripts set up last year when I originally got it. I also can barely get a response back from inside or outside sales reps. I did send an email to Andrew Malcolmson but not sure if he will get it. Does anyone have any contacts of someone higher up over escripts who may be able to help with this problem?
