Is anyone else getting the error " Failure to authenticate" when prescribing a narcotic? We aren't sure if the problem is through Carestream or Verizon.

The Verizon outage should be cleared up now. Please try to send your prescriptions as normal again and if you have further issues, please let us know.

Verizon had a major outage this morning which caused a problem with the Verizon authentication servers. We believe they should be operational now.
I am sorry. We are still getting reports that this may still be an issue. It looks like Verizon is having multiple issues still.
