Support is aware of the issue and we are working on a permanent fix for this. In the interim, margins can be added to the template so that they appear when it is merged to a patient.
Since the fix has to be applied to each template the workaround can be cumbersome but it is easy to perform. I will try to get the steps added to this thread and to the Forum in general for easy access. I can also call you back on Monday if you prefer and I can walk you through the process. Let me know a good time and a CB #
This is an issue that came up in 9.4 and it was bad if you were bringing in anything typed. The formatting would not lock in the template no matter what you set. One click at the end and this all left justified and took out the margin. Source formatting would hold a margin but it had to be done correctly. I have been told that they were aware of this issue and it is being resolved in 9.5 which is being sent now.
