Support is aware of the issue and we are working on a permanent fix for this. In the interim, margins can be added to the template so that they appear when it is merged to a patient.
Since the fix has to be applied to each template the workaround can be cumbersome but it is easy to perform. I will try to get the steps added to this thread and to the Forum in general for easy access. I can also call you back on Monday if you prefer and I can walk you through the process.
