EMR Note Templates - No edit

Is it possible to add a note template that cannot be edited when using? You can add text or check marks to it but you cannot change the text that is already on the original template?

Right now when you add a note template, go into a patient's account, and create their note; you can edit any of it including the text etc.  Nothing is set in stone.

I second this! Anything to make things easier for the doctors and staff for things that are so repetitious for documentation. Snippets are an OK solution but a check box or drop down would help a lot.

This would be a great feature.  Would be nice to be able to add drop downs or actual check boxes to the templates too.  Anything more than basic text editing would be nice for EMR notes.
