EPrescriptions

Anyone else having issues authorizing ePrescriptions?   We are getting an error message that states the two-factor authentication protocol may only be completed by the practitioner whose name and DEA registration number appear on the prescription.  My doctor's info has not change.  I'm 27 callers deep for customer service--can anyone shed some light on what is going on, or do I have an isolated error?

There is a temporary outage.  We are working with the service provider to restore service.  Thank you for your patience.

We have ongoing issues with escripts not working.  Anyone else?  It's so frustrating.  Actually our whole WINOMS software freezes/locks up numerous times a day, which makes for a very unproductive day.
