Anyone else having issues authorizing ePrescriptions? We are getting an error message that states the two-factor authentication protocol may only be completed by the practitioner whose name and DEA registration number appear on the prescription. My doctor's info has not change. I'm 27 callers deep for customer service--can anyone shed some light on what is going on, or do I have an isolated error?
We have ongoing issues with escripts not working. Anyone else? It's so frustrating. Actually our whole WINOMS software freezes/locks up numerous times a day, which makes for a very unproductive day.
Thanks for your inquiry. If you can provide your account number and/or office telephone number associated with your account, I will have a technician reach out to you.
