Electronic Appt Confirmation Services and WinOMS

Our practice is comprised of 5 doctors at 5 different locations and a central billing office.  We recently converted from Windent to WinOMS and are looking for a company that provides electronic patient appointment reminders, at a minimum, that is flexible in terms of the messages sent to a patient.  We started out with E-Services and found it is not flexible enough to meet our needs. I'm looking for feedback from a user perspective, so if you are in a similar situation, and have a service that is working well for you, I'd appreciate hearing from you!
