we began to be able to send prescriptions again but the controlled are now getting to the push notification screen and showing Script Error on page and not allowing to go through. The status on the website says resolved....

Our vendor has confirmed that the outage was resolved earlier today.  Please let us know if you continue to experience any difficulty.  Thanks.

Still unable to use escripts at our office

Same here...  Carestream sent out a status update an hour ago that there was an issue with ePrescriptions.

now can't even log in

We cannot login either

can get to the push notification but will not sign and transmit on controlled substances. Have been able to send non controlled that do not require the ID.ME

Multiple error messages. Every week. I'm actually surprised when I log in and it works smoothly.
