Escript error

When authorizing all meds, not just narcotics, this error message keeps coming up. We are still able to issue the meds, but this is still a new finding.script error.jpg

Click on the "Tools" option that is located on the menu bar. Click on "Internet Options."

Step 3

Select the "Advanced" tab.

Step 4

Look underneath the "Browsing" settings. Remove the checkmark from the option to "Disable Script Debugging." Remove the checkmark from the option to "Display a notification about every script error."

Click the "OK" button to close out of the "Internet Options" window.

Reboot the pc.

Thanks for the possible fix to this annoying error.  However the lack of communication is concerning.  I called in last week about this exact error.  I was told it was a Clinician error and not really a WinOMS problem.  I was told Clinician is working on this problem.  Now I see a fix on the Exchange for this but what if no one posted on this or I never saw this post.  Can't there be a way to alert customers of fixes on issues we have called in about?  Very frustrating.
