This error denotes a corrupted EMR Note. In this instance, unfortunately, there is very little that can be done. You can try opening the file mentioned in the error message outside of WinOMS and see what information can be salvaged.
***NOTE: You can double click on this file and it will open in either NotePad or Word Pad.
Once it is open, if there is any salvageable information, just copy/paste it into a new EMR Note in the patient's chart.
This usually occurs when a "illegal character" or "unusual formatting" exist in the actual EMR Note template. If you notice this happening more than once with the same template, please reach out to support and they can help identify the "illegal character" or "formatting" issue which is causing the corruption to occur.
