Just wondering if anyone else has this issue at their office? Everytime we try to enter in the DDS name, OMS will freeze and kick us out of the system. We have talked to support many times about this, but it has never been fixed at our office. to be honest, idk if they even know why it is happening which would explain why it hasn't been corrected. Just wondering if it is just our office, or if it is an OMS thing?
