Does anyone else ever get this error? We have multiple employees who this happens to daily, multiple times. When we call support they tell us it is an IT issue with our Network and our network “keeps dropping” and to let our IT department know this. We have called numerous times on this issue. Our IT guy has talked to support and showed them our monitoring software with zero network issues. Just wondering if this happens to anyone else? We also still have numerous employees who can not enter in a referring dentist into the demographic without being kicked out of the system. thanks in advance!
THIS IS STILL AN ISSUE!!!! I hope this resolved with the next software update because it is a pain! Looks like it has been an unresolved issue on the forum since 2018. Please tell me this is on the list to fix by the developers!!!
Hello. Can you tell me what version of WinOMS it is that you are running? Also, are you specifically performing the referral search from a patient account? We will likely have to connect to the workstation that is getting the printing issues to see if there is something that can be done there.
