Help: unable to open patient workspace with winoms

Hi for work, we have to log into winOMS through citrix receiver. 

When I tried logging in i was able to access the software. However when i try to open a patient chart a window pops up then causes me to close.

" Message: invalid column range at line 31 in function wf_retrieve_patient of object w_pat_activity. at line 31 in WF_RETRIEVE_PATIENT even of object W_PAT_ACTIVITY."

This didn't work on a windows 10 so I bought a new macbook book to try to use it. The same error is occurring where i cannot open it. I've tried my account with work and other friend's computer and it works. 

Is there an extra software or driver that I need to download on the mac to make this work?

Sounds like a display issue.  What is your screen resolution set to?  Do you have it zoomed in?  If resolution is too low then when you to to workspace it errors out.  For windows 10, right click on desktop.  Go to Display settings.  Make sure scale is 100% and resolution isn't the lowest.  Try to open workspace after checking on these settings.
