What's the deal with the ICD-10 codes for 2023? I just talked to support and was told that cloud customers need an update applied before they can update codes. However they couldn't give me a time frame of when this update would be applied so no clue when new codes will be included. These updated codes were released in October and we still can't use them if we are in the cloud. Onsite customers can update now. We have a claim we are trying to use a new DX code and WinOMS keeps saying its invalid. We know the code is good and included in last update. How do we move forward with this claim if we can't use a DX code? Why are we still waiting on an update after 3 months? Please get resolved.
