We are having a new issue:
We are unable to use any form of winoms while any imaging is open on said computer.
Anyone have any ideas?

When we first started using the cloud, WinOMS "froze" while we were using Imaging locally. Once you closed Imaging then WinOMS was fine. Support said this was normal. Since then we have upgraded from Citrix Receiver to Workspace and with a recent update we can use WinOMS with Imaging opened locally or to MYPC. The computer I just double checked had Citrix Workspace version 22.4.1. If you are still using Citrix Receiver, don't just upgrade to Workspace. Get with support about that. Things change a little going from Receiver to Workspace.
Well that is very unfortunate and disappointing. We have upgraded and this is adding more time and stress when providing patient care, especially when it freezes and kicks us out of Winoms more and more. It would be very beneficial to be able to switch from patient demos, to the images, to start a note etc.

I guess there is a slight work around, if you close the main imaging tab once you click on a timestamp it can be up. Difficult with PAs but still better.
