What we would like is: to have the insurance "Insured Party's" Date of birth on the patient account home screen, possibly between the "Insured Party" and "Insured Party ID"
Most insurance company's want the insured party's name and date of birth when contacting them and when you go in to find the insure party's DOB, not only do you have to click through 4 different screens but a lot of times there are more than 1 person with the same name to choose from (most of the time with different dates of birth and mailing addresses) which makes finding the correct one a challenge.
