Issues with Intiveo/carestream cancelled appointments are getting confirmations

We have been having issues with intiveo/carestream. It has been going on for 1 month now and we still have no resolution and its only because CARESTREAM is not keeping us updated with the on going issue. This needs to be escalated ASAP and someone should contact us. I have emailed Paula Bonner, Howie Nobel, Jeremy Demsey and Matt Acikerkman with only a response back saying we will have someone contact you well no one has. We have not heard any response to our follow up emails and only want to be kept in the loop let us know what is going on or a plan. No one has contacted Intevio like we asked. This is very frustrating and a poor way to conduct business.
