Today a patient bumped our CS9300 out of alignment with his shoulder. It was throwing an error even after rebooting. After waiting hours on hold, a rep told us we needed to replace the microprocessor. This would have been super expensive and we would have had to cancel the rest of our schedule for the week waiting for the part to come in and then a tech to install it since we wouldn't be able to take images. Instead, we held down the reset button while we repowered the machine. It then gave a totally different error, so we reset the memory and then the issue resolved.
