When working within our software, WINOMS, we need NEA FastAttach to launch in Edge or Chrome NOT Internet Explorer. When we launch, it defaults to Internet Explorer, and you CANNOT see any of the attachments. It works fine in Edge or Chrome. The work around is to let it launch in Internet Explorer, then copy & paste into Edge or Chrome. This is very frustrating! NEA has told us we shouldn't even be using Internet Explorer and when NEA and our IT looked into it, it is actually on CareStream's end. We do not use Internet Explorer for anything! CareStream left a message on our voicemail, to use copy and paste or go to this Exchange.
