NUMEROUS REQUESTS FOR SUPPORT TO HELP STREAMLINE OUR OFFICE

Since 2018 we have called WINOMS support numerous times per year requesting they look at our system to see how we can possibly better utilized their system.  It is very antiquated software, that seems to have many work arounds from Outlook 2016, Word 2016 and no integration with Dexis or ICAT imaging.  Attaching a patient's treatment plan to their appointment is important, and almost every dental software does such. Tracking the patient's status within the office is another necessity that comes to mind.  We would like some input on using the Implant Tracking System.  We are possibly not using WINOMS to its full potential, but who knows when no one will return our phone calls.  We have left messages with support, and they always say someone from the training department?? will be calling.  We have even been transferred, and left our own messages numerous times.  And yes we have read through the help section and watched tutorials as instructed, but feel we deserve some kind of human support. We would just like to make our day a little more user friendly and efficient, and this is a last call for HELP!

I apologize that you have not received a response. I escalated this to the training managers, and they are assigning a trainer to contact you this afternoon.
