Hi was seeking help with an issue upgrading the acquisition PC for a CS 9300. So far the CS Support team hasn't been able to figure this out.
When trying to access the section of the software that allows to take images with the CS 9300, we receive error "1105(or 6?)" Saying it could not connect to the sensor and how the acquisition service isn't ready. The wording may not be correct as I'm not at the machine currently but it's somewhere along the lines of that..
The network cards do connect to the CS 9300 without a problem after the support tech ran the test tools.
Has anyone ran into this before and been able to solve it?
