Is there a way to close a predetermination after you have received it back from insurance? Our old software closed these out but I can't figure out how to close in this software. Or do I just leave open????
To close the insurance pre D claim go to claims highlight claim and edit then put a return date for the Pre D go to treatment plan use the status drop down arrow and change status how you use it
