Nightly call list is pulling based on the provider on the ledger instead of the scheduler. It's also pulling people that didn't have surgery, so they would not need a phone call.
For patients showing up on night call that shouldn't, check procedure code used for patients and then look up the codes Tables-->Procedure-->Codes. At bottom under options make sure include on night call report is not checked. Not sure if that is your issue, but that was ours for a little while.
