Open Claims Report

I would love to have a report that shows open claims. Sometimes we have patients with a $0 or negative balance, but we still need to track if their claims are open to know if they are ready for a refund or to make sure we have all the information before starting another phase, etc. The only report support was able to get for me was something that showed which line items still need to be submitted to insurance, not which claims are still open in the claims tab.

Hello I tested and was able to track claims with $0 balance from the Claims submission report work under Reports>Insurance>Claims Submission and enter the criteria. Print and Preview. It gives you the claim #, insured id # if there is one the balance insurance due $0 dollar, submission days and claim amount. The only report to track negative balances are the credit balance report and aged receivables which does not break down any balance which have $0 claims just negative balance per se (which ultimately are ready for refunds).
