We are a 2 office WinOMS Cloud based client. Carestream migrated to its Citrix Workplace platform about 1 month ago. We've had persistent issues that they can't seem to resolve: we can't merge letters, the new employee sign in password doesn't work, and our signature pads don't work. We've tried to be patient, but haven't had any response from Carestream other than "we're working on it". Is anyone else having these issues? Or better yet, has anyone had these issues resolved?? And if so, how did you get them resolved?
What version of WinOMS are you currently? When you say migration, are you talking about moving to Azure? Or are you talking about going to WinOMS v10? We are supposed to migrate to Azure next week but stay on WinOMS v9.6. What am I actually getting into?
Issues is a understatement. Since migration ePerscribe is a nightmare and I still don't have digital forms. Constant monitor glitching and poor connection.
Support says sorry we are working on it. Sales rep promise to call back and don't. Not sure what we are paying for
