I am trying to find out how to change the direction of the patient hyperlink on Practice Central from Workspace to EMR. We are currently using 8.11 and maybe that isn't possible??

The link will open you to the EMR vs Workspace dependent upon the settings configured in Workspace preferences. Tables>practice>workspace preferences under either the Practice default tab or the Department Overrides tab. The practice setting will default for the entire practice from the link. However if you want to open the chart for one two or multiple users different from the default you will need to set up a department first under Tables>practice>departments>new>enter name of department and hit ok. Next under tables>users (enter your password) edit the name of the users and select the newly created department for that user(s). Close out of windows. Next open Department Overrides tab again, select the department from the drop down and select EMR or Workspace for Configure Page: and hit ok. The links should work accordingly. You may need to log out of software and log back in to see the change. If you need assistance, call Support at 1 800 275 4637 but these steps should help. Thank you
