PreDeterminations are now recording a date of service in box 27, the date is the day that I request the predetermination. This started with an update from CareStream. I have reported this to Carestream, and spoke with a senior representative, its been over a week and the feed back: the senior rep is still waiting for an update to the matter. INCONVIENCE: I must print the ADA form, white out the date and mail the request, this causes delays not only to our office but the patients that we are trying to provide a service.
