Provide merge field should be using Author, not Reg Prv

We are now a 3 doctor practice.  Doctors see one another's patients all of the time.  Even if we choose the right author and the right template, the provider merge field is pulling based on Reg Prv.  The author list in saved emr templates still shows based on Reg Prv instead of the author that was selected for the emr note.  We have to constantly change Reg Prv instead of just selecting the author.

We had similar issue and we modified all the templates to have the Dr Name already in the note and not merge provider.  Choose right provider and template and correct provider shows up in note.
