If we have a referral with multiple offices, or multiple guarantors or insured parties with the same name, instead of it saving off what was last selected and saved, when you open the chart it defaults back to the first in the list of available choices. We just had a patient call us and tell us they received another patient's statement because of this. We also end up sending letters or emails to the wrong referral office because of this.

Yes, major issue for our practice with large database / common names. Has been mentioned before in 'wish list' thread last year(?).
Any update on the fix for this major issue?
