Can we please please please remove (or have the option to remove) the aging on the bottom of patient statements? Since it starts the timer based on when the procedure was done, not when the patient was billed, I field calls daily from patients upset that they'd just receive a bill and it shows that they are 31+ days overdue. We've had to buy stickers that explain this and put them on every bill.
Is this possible to do? I totally agree that it creates a perception that either 1) the patient is "overdue" on their balance or 2) that there is "time to pay the bill" (we require full payment of balances upon receipt of a statement).
