Report for specific procedure codes and patients attached to that code

! Is there a way to be able to print a procedure code report for a specific code and then a report that shows the patients attached to that code?

I don't believe there is a specific report, but you can do a data export fairly easy. Maybe you already know about this, but if not...  go to Reports - Data Export - Transactions. Then, fill out your report parameters and save. You'll then be able to find the info in your data export folder.
