Reports in WinOMS

Hello,

I am new to oral surgery and using WinOMS, I'm wondering if there is anyone using WinOMS who would be willing to schedule a phone call with me to go through the reports available and which ones you run monthly for financials, A/R, etc.?

I have reached out to WinOMS but am not getting any responses.

Welcome to WinOMS! Here's a helpful link helpful for new employees. It includes End of Day and End of Month Procedures checklist includes reporting information about the Aged Receivables and other financial reports and billing features. WinOMS Help (carestreamdental.com).

I don't run any reporting for our office but I know they have complained about the reporting from WinOMS and we use Practice Pilot by Practice Metrix.  Its a 3rd party reporting program.  https://www.practicemetrix.com/sites/practicepilot/index.html
