If you wanted to establish a business, I doubt that you would want to be known for being repeatedly incompetent, lack of credibility, inconsistent service, unsupported access, and basically unpredictable.  Not a great way to build a reputation.  

Carestream now holds the title of having horrible cloud service and terrible customer service.   Good job!
