After every RX I submit this morning I get an error message that says "you do not have any printers installed". Any idea why?
Just to confirm, is this happening when using the ePrescriptions service or just with the regular prescriptions in WinOMS?
Support followed up with me last Thursday and said eServices was aware of the matter and looking into it but no workaround was available.
We are now getting this message about no printer installed. Any update in last week?
I cannot recall and cannot check now as escriptions is not working at all again

Been getting the same error, any response from Carestream yet??
Also encountering the same issue today. It's happening both on systems that have printers installed and those without.
