Look no further as the Patient Demographic report is a popular report used to generate these results. You will need to have the Implant procedure code and Microsoft Excel installed on your computer. Click Reports>Patient>enter service dates>the specific procedure code ie, D6054 in both procedure code fields, enter a Report Title>Print>Preview> Export. The export selection sends the results to Excel where each patient row is numbered who had this procedure performed during that timeframe. This is just one way this report can be used.
